All about the ancient tribes
From a relatively early time, Egyptians and Nubians interacted peacefully with each other in trade, as neighbors in Egyptian held portions of Nubia, and some even intermarried. Egyptian kings were impressed with the Nubians’ martial abilities and often used Nubian bowmen contingents in their armies as mercenaries.

For example, the Nubians worshipped Egyptian gods and goddesses along with their own Nubian deities. The Nubians also adapted Egyptian hieroglyphs to fit their own language and created an alphabet.
In the Middle Kingdom, a middle class was formed, trading expanded, women had more rights, invasions to take control over Egypt began. The relationships between Nubia and Egypt changed over time when Egypt relied on Nubia and because of Egypt was greedy over Nubia’s resources for trading.
The land of Egypt is found within the regions of northern Africa. Nubia, on the other hand, is located along the Nile river which is a part of northern Sudan and southern Egypt. Nubia is said to be the Land of Gold. Because of this, the Egyptians attempted to conquer the land of Nubia.
Like the Egyptians, the Nubians relied on the Nile Rive for their water.
What Is the Kush Civilization? The Kush civilization emerged from a group of workers at an Egyptian trade outpost along the Nile River, where their daily life and culture was influenced by their environment, resources, and influences from surrounding countries.
