Iron Tribe Fitness (ITF) is a CrossFit concept gym with classes lasting 45 minutes. The average workout of the day (WOD) is 20 minutes – short in duration, but high in intensity. In addition, they also promote a version of The Paleo Diet called Whole9.

It’s FREE and builds each week so you start small and quickly rack up wins to keep you moving forward! Although we do live a healthy lifestyle year-round it’s always nice to have something to look forward to as a way to kick things up a notch. I thought I would share a little challenge that I created for myself.
OTF is more focused on cardio, as opposed to the heavy strength training in CrossFit. You’ll find more running and rowing in OTF than in the other two. OrangeTheory Fitness is the best choice if your goal is only to lose weight.
Lean meats (eaten in some form or fashion everyday – multiple times): grilled chicken, ground turkey, pork chops (yes, they’re lean) and egg whites. Fatty meats (once or twice per week only): bacon, any red meat and whole eggs (actually, a yolk per day won’t kill you)
#2- CrossFit Owners pay more for space per member and more for training and other maintenance costs. Since we are not franchisees, CrossFit owners take on the cost of doing business for themselves and therefore have to pay for marketing, equipment replacement and other ongoing maintenance costs.
We talked to Orangetheory, and they told us there’s a range of membership packages to choose from, from Basic (four classes for $59 /month) to Elite (eight classes for $99 /month) to Premier (unlimited classes for $159 /month).

So yes, you can lose weight in six weeks, but it might not be as much if you took six week to starve yourself and work out at a ridiculous pace. That’s okay! Yes, you can build muscle and strength, but perhaps not as quickly as if you worked out seven days a week and pumped yourself full of supplements. That’s okay!
A 6 – week Challenge is 6 – week fitness program that helps people transform themselves and meet their fitness goals. And by framing it as a limited-time offer, it creates a very exciting proposal for people who are interested in a short-term program to improve their health.
The Challenge The goals were to lose either 25 pounds or 6 % body fat in six weeks. Participants can choose to either sign up for a six -month gym membership or pay a deposit. If they opt for the deposit, and meet the challenge goal, they get their money back.
